AddressWe are seeking a part-time Pizza Chef to join our small but wonderful team at Yellow Matter Brewing in Brooklyn Park. We are looking for someone who can slot in seamlessly and remain calm under high pressure situations. This role is for lunch and dinner service. Immediate start available!
This is a part time position with 20-30hours at the start with the possibility of full time for the right candidate.
Yellow Matter Brewing operates inside the same premises as Karma and Crow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have 1+ years pizza experience
- Availability across a 5 day roster- Wednesday to Sunday
- Must be available weekends
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to receive constructive feedback with a willingness to learn and move forward
- All relevant food handling and safety certification up to date
Responsibilities
- Ability to produce high quality consistent pizzas
- Hand stretching experience is a must
- Cooking on an electric pizza oven
- Working closely with the head chef to make dough and complete prep to a high standard
