We are entering an exciting growth period and are looking for new team members to join us and take on the challenges. 

We seek someone to work on our delivery team as a Placement Consultant. This role would involve working closely with university students and managing the entire end-to-end student journey, upholding high delivery standards and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and onboarding new students for our internship programme
• Running consultations with new students to understand their academic and professional backgrounds, establishing intentions and setting expectations
• Helping prepare student CVs
• Helping students prepare for interview
• Delivering workshops and orientation sessions
• Working with the Corporate Partnerships team to identify potential internship opportunities for students
• Coordinating interviews and following up on feedback
• Overseeing the signing of Training Agreements
• Assisting students during their internship placements
• Providing mentoring and guidance to students
• Capturing positive feedback and testimonials
• Responding to and resolving issues as they arise

We are looking for:

• 2 years in a customer or client-facing role
• Experience in delivering high standards of customer or client service – someone who is passionate about going the extra mile
• Strong team skills and a love of working with others. The role will involve working very closely with other teams
• Experience with and comfort with managing competing deadlines
• Adaptability. As we grow and take on new projects, the role will evolve to reflect that.  We are looking for someone who is excited about change rather than fixed to routine.

You might be in an admin role looking for more people interaction or a recruitment support role looking for your next step and to take ownership of a client relationship. You should feel comfortable talking with people from a range of backgrounds over the phone and in online meetings and be passionate about promoting your client’s interests to the rest of the team.

The salary for this role is $60 – 65,000pa + super, depending on experience.
