As a Planogram Merchandiser, you will use a Planogram diagram that shows how and where specific retail products should be placed to increase uniformity and increase customer purchases. Completing a planogram involves shelf adjustments, placing the products in the correct allocated space by following the provided information for compliance and obtaining sign off by store personnel. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Servicing grocery stores across both Northern Suburbs & Joondalup
- Ability to read and follow planogram guides
- Implementing new planograms layouts in stores
- Ability to identify and escalate any concerns in store
- Adhere to the Outlets “Relay Standards and Ways of Working”
- Ticketing compliance
- Ensure safe work practices are always adhered to
- Accurate and consistent reporting via the Strikeforce App
What you need to succeed
- You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights.
- Current State Driver's Licence and Reliable vehicle
- Available to work shifts minimum of 2 days per week between Monday-Friday, normal business hours
- A love of physical work and attention to detail
- Physically fit – no impairments to bending and lifting
- Interpersonal skills, enabling you to relate to a diverse range of people
- Previous experience in Grocery Merchandising or supplies is a bonus but not essential.
- Willing to be flexible in a changing environment
- Full training will be provided, no prior experience required.
What you’ll get in return
- Casual role under the Commercial Sales Award
- Hourly rate from $22.16 – $30.54 per hour + Super, inclusive of casual loading (hourly rate will be dependent on age and Award)
