About the Role

Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for an experienced Plant Coordinator to join our team in the head office. Reporting to the Senior Construction manager, this role will work closely with Project Admins and Managers and will be responsible for coordination and movement of machinery and equipment within various projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and related documentation, including contracts, licences and certifications.
  • Generate reports on equipment usage, maintenance costs and overall performance
  • Coordinate the movement of machinery and equipment deliveries, pickups, and transfers to and from various sites
  • Manage damages and claims for machinery and equipment
  • Identify cost saving opportunities
  • Assist with monthly reporting and KPIs
  • Assist with Audits and HSE compliance
  • Check and verify supplier invoices for accuracy against records


About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Experience within Construction industry, Fleet office or similar highly desirable
  • High level of computer skills and accuracy will be required to process data and reports
  • Organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
