Landscape Solutions is currently recruiting Plant Operators to join our award-winning construction division. We work in partnership with Top Tier builders, developers and councils. Experience & skillset required..
- Operate and maintain plant (excavators, skid-steer) efficiently and safely, adhering to all relevant safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Excavate and grade earth to prepare sites for construction.
- Load and unload materials as required.
- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow project plans and specifications accurately.
- Experience achieving bulk level in a cut to fill process is critical, aligned with in ground services and detailed trim.
Desired qualifications..
- Valid plant Operator license LE & LS.
- Proven experience operating excavators in a construction environment.
- Proficient in using various excavator attachments and tools.
- MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS
- Knowledge of excavation techniques, site preparation, and earthmoving operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor as required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
