About the Role:
We have two exciting new Team Leader opportunities for the right candidates. Our business is expanding, and we need a reliable and experienced individuals to lead our Teams.

To be successful you will need to be hardworking, punctual, and passionate about working outdoors. Previous experience is essential, as well as a great attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Following a site plan, managing staff, organising trades and contractors
- Constructing nature play spaces - decking, forts, bush huts, hand pump, water play, rocks, logs etc
- Building playgrounds including modular playground construction
- Excavation and preparation of sub bases, mixing concrete
- Planting, spreading mulch and irrigation systems
- Using a laser level
- Laying decking and paving
- Ensure the workplace is safe, healthy, and fit for purpose

About You:
- Experience in leading a team
- Happy to work away from home on Projects as required
- A current Manual driver’s license
- White Construction Card
- Blue Card (working with children) or willing to get one
- Ability to read and understand plans
- Trade Qualification (Landscape Construction – Cert III or higher)
- Experience in Landscape Construction - Playscapes - desirable
- Will give consent to take part in drug & alcohol screening which will produce drug & alcohol-free results
