In this role, you'll:

• Be part of a close-knit team building beautiful, sustainable homes in a controlled factory environment.
• Master your art in modular construction, using your experience as an plumber to expertly fit out and fit off our new build Modular Homes.
• Efficiently install and connect new built fit off, fit out, hot water service and connections.
• Maintain a laser focus on quality and efficiency, ensuring every module meets our rigorous standards.
• Connect and test the Modular Homes on delivery, in conjunction with our installs team 
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven plumbing skills and experience, ideally in new-home building, or a residential and commercial setting.
• Suitable tickets and licensing to complete and sign-off on plumbing and hot water installations
• A strong understanding of efficient and cost effective methods to improve the plumbing installations in the modular buildings.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently and independently within a team environment.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for building quality homes.
