Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumber looking to take the next step in your career - as the HVAC/Heat Pump Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the clients with new product installations, troubleshooting onsite, liaise with the onsite installers, liaise with engineers.
You will become the Product specialist, using your technical knowledge your varied role with be both onsite and in the office.

Your new role:
Attending service calls with fault finding and diagnostics.
Support after-sales service in determining solutions to any field problems.
Respond to different technical questions relating to products, applications, and system solutions.
Collaborate and guide customers, contractors and installers to meet project goals.
Liaise with Engineering and Sales teams to support and educate.
Proactively evaluate possible obstacles to project completion and determine possible solutions in partnership with customers, project managers and installers.
Assist in the development of technical specifications, training tools and guides.
Support the Product Engineers in guiding new product development in alignment with installation best practice.
To be successful you will have:
Minimum 2-5 years experience as a qualified Plumber
Must have the experience to demonstrate product installation and proactively approach problem-solving.
Technical understanding and experience across heat pump, HVAC and refrigerant systems installation, from mechanical planning to Australian regulations.
Ideally have exposure across commercial plumbing and HVAC environments and understanding of retrofit projects.
Current NSW Driving Licence and the ability to travel nationally.
Experience & Trade qualification in refrigeration and/or HVAC is advantageous but not essential.
