About the role
As a Service Technician Team Leader for Waterlogic Group you will be responsible for coordinating the Technician Team to perform installations, repairs and maintenance of Waterlogic’s filtered sparkling, boiling and chilled water systems and requires troubleshooting using service manual, computerised diagnostics and general technical experience.
As our Service Technicians are the key ambassadors of the Waterlogic brand and their role is predominately in field and client facing, visiting customer’s premises, exceptional customer service and presentation skills are required at all times.
- Manage and Coordinate the Technician Team and scheduling
- Lead by example in providing world class customer service standards at Waterlogic
- Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
- Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
- Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
- Maximise sales opportunities such as follow up of quotes, new business development leads, after sales opportunities.
- Plumbing License required
- Experience working in a similar or service role - installation, repairs & maintenance
- Experience within the plumbing, electrical or coffee industries (though other industries will be considered)
- Experience managing or supervising Technician Teams in the same or similar industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- OH and S Certificate (preferred)
- Electrical License (desirable)
- First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Highly culture driven and focused on team building / continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
