Installs and repairs water, drainage, gas and sewerage pipes and systems. Ensuring all fittings and fixtures are of correct standards and approved codes. Registration or licensing is required.The Role:The Plumber will need to have the ability to demonstrate a good work ethic, integrity and safe work practices together with a positive mindset in dealing with work duties and other employees will be highly regarded.
- Analyzing blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to establish plumbing system layouts and required supplies.
- Arranging and implementing hot and cold water systems. Designing and installing sanitary plumbing and water supply systems, discharge pipes and sanitary fixtures
- Erecting sewerage and effluent pumping systems and disposal methods.
- Crafting and fitting metal roofing, rainwater fixtures, and flashings
- Developing and implementing sanitary plumbing and water supply systems, including discharge pipes and fixtures.
- General repair and maintenance of tasks such as toilet systems, leaking pipes, managing stormwater systems, maintaining drains, and more
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Relevant qualification at the level of AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) or higher, OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience
