Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple teams of plumbers across various locations. The ideal candidate will lead with confidence & Positivity. Take charge of quality and code compliance, communicate effectively with staff, clients and all project stakeholders, and work within our established systems and processes to deliver projects on time, to a high standard, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, Lead, manage & support Site leaders/ Foreman who manage teams of plumbers across various projects.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant codes.
- Communicate effectively with staff & Clients
- Utilize existing company systems and processes to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with design teams and engineers to resolve design issues and ensure accurate installations.
- Assist with cost reporting and project variations.
- Allocate and schedule staff effectively across projects
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the plumbing or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations & local council requirements
- Ability to work within established systems and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with design teams and engineers.
- Experience in cost reporting, managing project variations, and preparing costed variations and quotations.
