Join our esteemed client's team as a Scheduler, working alongside the Estimator and Managing Director to ensure smooth operations in Residential New build plumbing projects. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a knack for organization, this role is perfect for you!
Role Overview:
As a Scheduler, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating materials, scheduling tradesmen and subcontractors, and liaising with suppliers, builders, and plumbing supervisors. Your responsibilities will also include cross-checking plumbing designs to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a plumber, preferably in Residential New Builds in Western Australia
- Software knowledge of scheduling systems like Beams, Simpro, or Build Exact
- Prior experience as a scheduler or estimator in the construction industry
- Australian working rights
- Ability to provide references
