Plumbing Supervisor

*Residential or FIFO*

FIFO - 2/1 Roster - 2 weeks on, 1 week off

We are looking for a Plumbing Supervisor to join our supportive, friendly, and professional team with an immediate start and permanent opportunity. This candidate will possess a natural ability to lead a team, and influence all of Emyjor Services values’ day-to-day. 

DUTIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Oversee and lead plumbing projects from start to finish, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Train, supervise, and provide support and guidance to plumbing staff to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations related to plumbing and construction.
• Provide professional and courteous communication and customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise plumbing teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and project timelines.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including OH&S regulations.
• Participate in planning and scheduling meetings to contribute insights and recommendations for project improvements.

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ Years experience as a Plumbing Supervisor 
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and engage a team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Essential Criteria

• Western Australian Plumbing Trades License or Contractors License 
• Gas Fitting Permit. 
• White Card. 
• Valid C Class Drivers License (HR advantageous)
• National Police Clearance (Within 6 months)
