MPA Skills are looking for an enthusiastic Training Supervisor, who can train and lead our Plumbing trainers. If you are passionate about the future of WAs Plumbing industry, adult learning and creating memorable training experiences, we want to hear from you.

Working closely with our Training Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring that all training is delivered in accordance with the SRTO2015 and all other contractual requirements are met.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include;

• Lead and support the Plumbing trainers across multiple sites
• Proactively contribute to the improvement of MPA Skills safety culture
• Conduct and deliver training and assessment outcomes of nationally accredited training packages, State accredited courses and customised industry courses.
• Assist with validation 
• Continually review existing courses and assist in the development new material as required.
• Manage the training schedule of trainers to drive operational efficiency 
• Identify and co-ordinate the professional development and upskilling of trainers
• Build networks and positive relationships within industry, workers and other stakeholders.

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following;

• Good understanding of RTO Standards 
• Collaborative and positive leadership 
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• High level of computer literacy and accuracy
• Self-motivation and a positive outlook
• Extensive industry knowledge

Qualifications required;

• Plumbing Trade qualification 
• Cert IV Training & Assessment
• Working with Children clearance
