AddressWe are recruiting for an Plumbing Supervisor to work in a FIFO role on a 2:1 roster. The role will be overseeing a 6 month construction project on a large resources site.

Key Skills
- Experience in a supervisory role previously
- Experience on a mine site construction project
- Experience managing teams of up to 10 tradespeople
- Confident in hydraulics knowledge and skills
- Confidence in conversing with high level building managers and stakeholders
- Ability to identify leads and negotiate contracts with building managers
- Excellent leadership skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams, management and clients
- Great team work ethic
- WA Plumbing Licence
- MUST be able to complete a full medical and drug and alcohol test
- Drivers licence
- Construction white card
- Minimum of 5 years post trade experience
- Management experience
