SalaryOur government client is looking for PMO Operations. We are seeking experienced D&A (Data &Analytics) professionals to help develop client in-house capabilities and supplement the workforce across a range of D&A programs of work.Role Title: PMO Operations.
Contract Length: 24 months + 2 months possible extension.
Security Clearance: Australian Citizen & Baseline required.
Location: ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, NTRole Requirements:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain project management tools and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project data and documentation.
- Support project portfolio management activities, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate project governance processes, including project initiation, status reporting, and milestone tracking.
- Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management or PMO operations roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
