PMO SpecialistMelbourne CBD3 Month Contract (with likely 3-month extension and beyond)$700 - 950 a day inclusive of superTalenza have been engaged by an Australian fund manager to source an experienced PMO Specialist to work with the organisation as they embark on an enterprise transformation program.About the companyThe organisation has embarked on an enterprise-wide transformation program which will include major changes to how the organisation operates day to day - this includes putting their customers first and moving to a digital first agile projects delivery model. This role works with the EPMO team as part of the wider transformation.Key Responsibilities:Strong Analytical Skills: Excel and PowerBI are a must have. Utilising these tools, you will to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.Executive Reporting: Experience in crafting reports for management, executives, and board members is essential. You'll be the go-to person for delivering clear and concise information.Business Acumen: Showcasing your strong business understanding. Your insights will help drive strategic initiatives forward.Transformation Programs: Previous experience in working within transformation programs is highly desirable. You'll play a crucial role in driving change and innovation.PMO Experience: Whether you've worked in or with a PMO before, your familiarity with PMO processes will be invaluable.Training: As a mentor, you'll have the opportunity to provide guidance and training to junior business analysts, shaping the next generation of talent.Comfort with Ambiguity: In our dynamic environment, things can change quickly. You thrive in ambiguity and are adept at adapting to new challenges.Ideally you with have experience working in banking, finance, insurance, or superannuation. If you have the technical experience mentioned above but have experience in a different industry. I would still love to hear from you.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred but not a pre - requisite).
  • Proven experience in analytics, executive reporting, and PMO functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
