CLIENT:

With a focus on creating exceptional projects and fostering enduring community relationships, our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to contribute to their continued success.

ROLE:

As a key member of the finance team, you will take on a full-function accounts payable role within a diverse group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing high volumes of invoices efficiently
• Accurate data entry and documentation management
• Matching invoices with Purchase Orders and Delivery dockets
• Conducting reconciliations and processing payments
• Handling supplier queries and discrepancies promptly
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
• Managing subcontractor progress payments and statutory paperwork

EXPERIENCE: We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts payable 
• Must have construction experience
• Proficiency in CHEOPS or similar ERP systems (preferred)
• Strong intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume work environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
