About the organisationWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Podiatrist to work in a locum role, moving between Residential Aged Care Facilities across the Mornington Peninsula. This is an ideal role for a Podiatrist who enjoys a change of scenery,with no two days the same and meeting new clients each visit, enabling quality care for up to 20 patients per day. You will be earning well above award casual rates plus a generous travel allowance with weekly pay, have the choice of full time or part time hours and flexible start/finish times. About your roleThe Podiatrist is responsible for the provision of clinic based podiatry services, that are respectful and reflective of the goals and priorities of your clients.Conduct thorough foot assessments, including inspection of skin, nails, and musculoskeletal structure.Develop individualised treatment plans based on the specific needs and conditions of each resident. Administer appropriate foot care interventions for residents with diabetes or circulatory disorders. About youYou are a Podiatrist with at least six months experience, working in multi-disciplinary Allied Health teams, ideally with clients over the age of 65. You have well developed time management skills and are able to prioritise effectively. You are friendly, professional and and enjoy working collaboratively with a team to achieve best outcomes for your clients.
