This includes requirements gathering and & elaboration, process analysis and mapping, functional design, iteration / implementation planning and execution, quality assurance & acceptance, data migration, release management and transition to the BAU.Key responsibilities include:
- Lead or contribute into the discovery of the IT solution requirements development of the business case for it.
- Undertake the detailed business requirements gathering and documentation activities using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies as required in the relevant project or work-stream.
- Work closely with the business and IT teams to understand and solve the business problem and develop options for the functional design & business change.
- Elicit, define, and manage requirements to support solution implementation.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and templates for projects requiring Identity and Access Management services.
- Lead or contribute into the data integration functional design, functional mapping, and the overall data integration delivery.
- Lead or contribute into the data migration activities.
- Work with the quality assurance team(s) to assure business and technical acceptance of the solution being delivered.
- Manage work-stream, or work with the delivery team to contribute to planning and execution of the project activities.
- Lead or contribute into the change management activities to support project implementations and transition into the BAU.
- Maintain IAM platform level documentation.
- Formal tertiary qualification preferred.
- Experience in retail environment advantageous.
- Able to harness information and opportunities.
