We are seeking an efficient andself-motivated Sales Administrator to join our productive Customer Portal Teamin our Moorebank office on a permanent Full Time basis. Our Customer Portal Team is responsible for end-to-endsales processing for some of our key customer contracts nationally and isprimarily B2B facing, however some client/end user interaction is required.

The selected candidate will need tobe eager to learn and understand multiple systems, contracts and processes,however industry experience is not required. Both junior and experiencedadministrators will be considered for this role. What is most important is thatyou are very organized, have exceptional communication skills (written andverbal), can prioritise your workload and manage sales order processing for toplevel customer groups.

You will be provided with process, systemsand product training and supported throughout your workday to ensure you areconfident in your role. This is an office-based role with full-time hours.

To be successful in this role youwill:

  • Haveexceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Beorganised, organised, organised!
  • Havestrong computer literacy (experience using ERP or CRM systems would beadvantageous, but not essential).
  • Havesome customer service/liaison experience (retail, B2B or other B2C will beconsidered).
  • Beperceptive to your surroundings with strong attention to detail.
  • Workindependently but possess willingness to help out others within the team.
  • Understandkey sales metrics to assist you to work to KPI’s.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providecustomer service, sales and administration support for key contracts and customergroups, including processing quotes, orders, invoices, responding to enquiriesand assisting with phone calls.
  • Updateinternal and external systems with order updates.
  • Problem-solveoutstanding issues through knowledge of our systems and communication withother internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managetime effectively and ensure that daily tasks are completed, by prioritizingyour workload.
  • Communicatingwith other team members, both in the Moorebank office and in other AidacareBranches.
  • Followup on outstanding quotes and order requests in line with business goals tosupport our national sales efforts.
