In this role of Sales Administrator you would be supporting some of the best agents in the region who are known for their professionalism, motivation and success. You will be required to assist the agents with all administration related to selling and leasing properties. The successful applicant will be highly organised, responsible, reliable and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have worked in a team based sales environment with exposure to real estate software.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating our database and CRM.
- All aspects of residential & commercial sales administration and communication.
- Creation and assistance of all listings and marketing material.
- Assisting the Sales Agents throughout the entire sales & leasing process.
- Managing the entire settlement process including the sales trust account and advertising trust account transactions.
The successful candidate must meet the following selection criteria:
- Previous experience in the Real Estate Industry.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Agentbox or other real estate software.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence.
- Superb communication, administration and organisation skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for property.
