One of Australia's well established Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Portfolio Change Manager to provide advice, leadership and coaching in an Organisational Change Management environment. The role will be based in Canberra with the successful Portfolio Change Manager to be offered a contract until September 2023 partnered with 12-month extension option.
The successful Portfolio Change Manager will be responsible for the below:
- Assessing change impacts, project milestones and undertaking end user research
- Providing strategic advice to project teams on emerging risks
- Managing and implementing change activities as well as working cooperatively with project teams
- Overseeing workforce engagement and maintaining regular communication with the office of the CIO
The successful Portfolio Change Manager will have experience in the following:
- Experience in Organisational Change Management program design and implementation
- Ability to quickly understand technical information and translate to the right audience
- Good client service focus with the ability to influence and drive initiatives
- Change Management or Program Management certifications (desirable)
