A Federal Government Department is looking to engage an experienced Change and Release Coordinator to join their enterprise Service Design and Transition team. In this role you will be responsible supporting the Change and Release team to facilitate change risk analysis and communication. The successful Change and Release Coordinator will secure an initial 12 month contract, with a minimum 12 month extension partnered with a rewarding daily rate. This position will be embedded in a national Federal Government team. Working from Geelong, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth, this new project team member will be provided with a flexible working from home hybrid model.
The successful Change and Release Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Engaging with stakeholder to facilitate change testing including business verification testing
- Attending the weekly CAB, disseminating to attendees, and preparing notes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Carrying out the reporting on planed changes and reporting post implementation
The successful Change and Release Coordinator will have experience in the following:
- A minimum 3 years experiencing in ICT Support in either an operational or engineering environment
- Previous experience with Change and Release management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Past experience working in a government department or providing services to a government agency is preferred
