About the role

As a Portfolio Reporting Analyst, you'll lead the provision of specialised commercial intelligence and expertise to enhance portfolio performance management and governance. Your responsibilities include conducting detailed analysis and critical business reporting to drive efficiencies and cost reduction strategies. You'll own the end-to-end due diligence process, communicate data insights, and manage the Portfolio Risk and Issues database. Additionally, you'll develop robust metrics and performance indicators, provide technical advice to senior management, and ensure business continuity.

About You

  • You possess extensive experience in the Energy/Electrical or Utilities Industry, with a track record in analysing business data and preparing detailed reports.
  • Your expertise in reporting and business intelligence tools, especially Microsoft products/programs, allows you to drive strategic insights.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills enable you to identify issues and develop effective recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, empower you to provide clear direction and support to senior management.
  • Your stakeholder management experience and ability to influence outcomes contribute to successful collaboration.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, accepting accountability and delivering outcomes aligned with team objectives.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and relevant business systems is a key asset for this role.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce or Accounting, or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
