- Reporting to the Portfolio Director of Talent and Culture, you will provide Human Resources assistance with employee benefits, rewards & recognition programs
- Coordinate recruitment, training, onboarding, employee events and health and safety
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure compliance
- Administer WorkCover claims / Return to work process
- Drive Team Member Engagement and promote a positive culture
- Complete HR reports and projects
- Previous experience with hotels would be preferred
- Proven administrative, organisational and time management skills
- An understanding of Industrial Relations, Occupational Health & Safety legislation, Worker’s Compensation would be an added advantage
- Ability to work at a fast pace and with competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and being a people person with the ability to interact at all levels of team members
