Form of workAPG is a national employer of choice supplying a flexible workforce to industries who promote safety and wellbeing as priorities. Our client is currently seeking Cleaners for their busy processing plant based in Mareeba.
This position is on a casual basis in an ongoing role, must be available for shifts in the afternoon’s commencing at 3:00pm and available to work a ten-hour shift 4 days per week.
You must be reliable with great work ethic and initiative. No experience required - ongoing training will be provided. Positions may lead to permanent employment for reliable workers.
Duties will include but not limited to
- General cleaning of processing work site
- Repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting
- Using hose and gurney
- Sanitizing work areas
- Using approved chemicals
- Following cleaning procedures
- Able to follow safety directions
- Your own reliable transport
- A willingness to work safely
- Live in the local area
- Reliable work history with two current references
- Must not have any birds, pigs or chickens at your place of residence
- Be physically fit for manual work
- Original Birth certificate and/or Passport
