Form of workWe are a locally owned and operated aluminium window manufacturer with our own POWDER COATing plant.
We have over 20 year experience and the latest in POWDER COATing technology.
We operate a full in line system including pre treatment and state of the art technology using Dulux and Interpon paints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the POWDER COATing operations in a manufacturing setting. This includes managing a team of 12 POWDER COATing technicians, and support staff, ensuring that production goals are met, and that quality standards are upheld.
- Scheduling and administration of daily workload.
- Rostering of production line staff.
- Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, and for ensuring that the POWDER COATing process is being done in a safe and efficient manner.
- Training and development of team members and coordinating with other departments to ensure that the POWDER COATing process is integrated into the overall production process.
- Provide and maintain a work environment that is with out risk to the health and safety of all employees.
About You:
- Have operated in a POWDER COATing plant in a supervisory/management role or in a similar industry.
- A safety first approach demonstrated and acted on consistently.
- A friendly, positive, helpful and outgoing personality.
- Sound understanding of quality controls required in the Powder Coating industry.
