Power Worker/Electrical/Construction

Due to company growth and multiple contract awards, an opportunity has become available for a Power Worker to join our team.

The role:

Perform various tasks associated within the construction and maintenance on overhead/underground electrical networks.

• This includes but is not limited to.
  • Installation and maintenance of electrical equipment from low voltage household supply through to Transmission power lines.
  • Civil construction
  • Drive and operate vehicles, plant, tools and equipment.

Key attributes of the successful applicant.

• Current Drivers Licence
• Construction Induction Card
• Current ‘HR’ class Drivers Licence or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to follow directions and appreciate the physical requirements of carrying out manual work with the willingness to learn.
• High level of organisation skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong work ethic 
• Willingness to travel to surrounding areas to undertake work.

EWP >11m & WAH

Crane (C2/C6)

Advantageous

Certificate III ESI Distribution, Overhead

Certificate III ESI Distribution, Cable Joining 

Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrician

NSW Qualified Supervisor Certificate or Contractor Licence
