We are looking for a PPC Specialist who will be working with one of our Australian clients. The role will entitle to understand client digital marketing needs, manage online platforms in order to strategize, plan and execute paid campaigns, SEO and analyze ad performance.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with the digital marketing manager about client onboardings, objectives and expectations.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the client based on the discussions, client objectives and documentation.
  • Launch and optimise multi-country/multi-currency Google Ad Campaigns; this would include account configuration, ad setup, A/B testing, copywriting, budgeting, keyword research, and geographic and demographic segmentation.
  • Launch and optimize multi-country/multi-currency Meta Ad Campaigns including account configuration, ad setup, A/B testing, copywriting, budgeting, keyword research, geographic and demographic segmentation, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Set up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager; Manage Google Tags (GTM) for web properties by overseeing implementation, coding and testing, debugging, and ongoing maintenance. Creating data layers and implementing enhanced e-commerce tracking through GTM
  • Setting up and de-bugging schema markup for e-commerce websites.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • PPC Campaigns ROI and KPI reporting using custom dashboards.
  • Ongoing day-to-day optimization of accounts and campaigns on all platforms.
  • Analyzing the results of digital marketing campaigns to identify what did and did not work.
Must Have Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in PPC Advertising working in an Agency Environment.
  • Experience running large budget ads multi-country/multi-currency ads for e-commerce clients
  • Experience in setting up shopping ads through Google Merchant Center
  • Expert in Google Ads (Search, Local and Display Campaigns).
  • Expert in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Expert in Google Tag Manager, with proven experience setting up custom tracking scripts, troubleshooting and debugging for e-commerce clients.
  • Experience using Google Looker Studio (creating custom dashboards, connecting data funnels, testing and troubleshooting).
  • Expert in Meta Ads and Meta Business Suite.
  • Extreme attention to detail with meticulous execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, copywriting and best web practices.
  • Experience using Agency Analytics or similar tools.
  • Experience working with CRMs: Zoho, Hubspot, Zendesk or similar.
  • Experience working with tight deadlines and multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of Social Media and Advertising trends.
  • Good understanding of WordPress and Shopify CRMs.
  • Native/Bilingual proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience working with developers, designers and other marketers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Project Management tools (Jira/Trello/Monday, Slack, etc)
  • Excellent understanding of business priorities, advertising objectives and strategies.
Good to have requirements:
  • Prior experience working with LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Prior experience working on SEMRush, Moz or similar.
  • Experience working in International Advertising Campaigns (Multilingual, Multi region, multi-currency).
  • Understanding of design principles.
  • Flair with words and creativity.
  • Experience using Adobe Suite or Figma.
  • Experience creating high ROAS campaigns for E-commerce/Digital Businesses.
  • Understanding of User Experience principles.
  • Experience with Email Marketing Campaigns and platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Emma).
  • Experience using PPC and Copywriting AI Tools.
