About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing and Brand, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our paid search and paid social campaigns. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in running the organisation’s pay-per-click marketing campaigns and tracking our online activity.
Responsibilities:
- The planning, running and optimization of paid search ad (Google ads, Microsoft advertising, keyword optimization, audience targeting, budget management)
- Paid social media experience – Meta and LinkedIn
- Website updates
- Campaign landing page development
- EDM template creation
- SEO
- Tracking, analysis and reporting
- CRM lead form development
- CRM automated workflows
- GTM maintenance
- GA maintenance
Qualifications:
- Tertiary level qualifications in business, marketing or IT
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a digital specialist role - in-house or agency
- Working with the marketing team and design team to develop engaging, on-brand ads that align with marketing strategy and set goals
- Working with the marketing team to align messaging to communication plan
- Monthly reporting
- Budget management, demonstrating financial acumen and strategic planning
- Develop lead-generation campaigns that engage and drive growth
- Experience working on website development projects

Mandatory Requirements:
- Current federal police clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international police check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years
