The Role
The Practice Manager position is multifaceted. It combines tactical and hands on management elements which include overall responsibility for the daily practice functions through effective, engaged management of the medical administration team; finance management; and governance & risk along with a focus on business management strategies and activities that promote sustainable success in line with the Directors’ vision and growth aspirations.
About You
As a senior appointment, the role requires an individual who has accumulated a vast ‘tool kit’ of skills and experience managing a private specialist/surgical practice. You'll combine a deep passion for developing people with business acumen. Meaning, you know what the business needs and how to establish objectives, and you've developed the team using 'soft skills' to enable the objectives to be met.
A generous salary circa $120,000 + Super + Parking is offered along with the enjoyment of working in a practice that must be seen to be believed. The director team are united and excited to work in partnership with their Practice Manager offering autonomy and decision making, yet the right level of oversight to ensure the practice continues its journey of success.
