About Us: The Village Medical Practice is a private-billing, boutique, forward-thinking medical practice opening for business in March 2024 and is committed to delivering high-quality care to our community. We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our team of GPs in patient care and treatment.
- Co-ordinate nursing roster and ensure continuity of care.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed.
- Perform clinical assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on health and wellness.
- Participate in Chronic Disease Management planning, Health Assessment and Cardiac Care assessments.
- Be prepared to offer insight and innovate in your new role.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Experience in a general practice setting.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centred care.
