PN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 160 Practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year. IPN forms part of Sonic Healthcare, a leading global healthcare company headquartered in Australia.
About the role
Great opportunity for a RN or EN to utilise their skills and experience in both CDM Health Management and assisting our Doctors with minor skin procedures.
Our Health Management Nurses support our GPs in proactively managing the chronic conditions of their patients. In addition, we provide skin cancer services that include prevention, early detection, diagnosis and treatment. The successful applicant will be the driving force in both these areas at our medical centre.
Skills & experience
- AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working in general practice (preferred)
- Experience or Interest in Health Management - Health Assessments and Care Plans
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
- Knowledge of Best Practice Medical Software (desirable)
