We are currently seeking a dedicated Practice Receptionist who provide the very important first contact with our patients, need to be compassionate and have great customer service skills, along with a high standard of administrative abilities.
You will provide an excellent service to our patients in accordance with our values and principles at PRP Diagnostic Imaging. Your responsibilities will include:
- reception and general administration duties including; bookings, point of contact at the clinic, complete all billing and invoicing for our patients;
- managing data entry, appointments and patient enquiries;
- liaising with referring doctors;
- operating our booking system;
- performing other duties as required by management
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in medical imaging or a related medial receptionist role would be an advantage;
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows;
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism;
- The ability to prioritise and multi task in a busy environment;
- Excellent time management skills in order to prioritise tasks;
- Team player and be able to work autonomously;
- Ambition to learn and be continually challenged.
