SalaryAs a result of substantial growth our client who specialises in Personal Injury has an exciting opportunity available in the form of a brand-new role - Practice Training Facilitator. This is a position that would be suited to an experienced Legal Secretary who also comes with a background in training and onboarding of staff and are now looking to advance to the next level in their professional journey.
In this role, the successful applicant will work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure seamless training and onboarding to existing and incoming Legal Secretaries. This opportunity allows for the sharing of expertise in the field and showcasing skills in organising and conducting training seminars, and taking the lead in prioritising staff development will be at the heart of what you do.
THE ROLE
- Organise and run training sessions for new and existing staff
- Creation of training plans, processes, procedures, and schedules
- Being the point of contact regarding all development related questions
- Testing new internal protocols, guidelines, and standards before going live
- Providing feedback regarding team and individual development and performance along with the success of implemented processes
- Ad-Hoc file reviews to provide insight on production and file management
- Overseeing and adjusting the Firm’s Training Manual and Policy and Procedures
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Strong Legal background in a Secretary/Assistant/Paralegal role, ideally with experience in Personal Injury
- Background in mentoring and overseeing junior staff/teams including onboarding of staff
- Qualifications as a Trainer would be highly regarded
- Exposure to training teams would be ideal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent grasp of legal terminology
- You have outstanding problem-solving skills and an adaptable and flexible nature
- An outgoing, personable, and professional attitude is required along with your continued desire to learn and grow
