Located in their brand new facility in Yatala.We are currently searching for enthusiastic workers to join this dynamic team as either skilled and motivated Precast Concreting labourer, general labourer or forklift operators. Valuing individuals who are willing to work hard and learn, as we believe in putting in the effort to achieve goals. As a labourer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the production of precast concrete components. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail, technical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.- Opportunities for career growth and development.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Great location, clean and safe workplace and environment.- Monthly attendance bonus’s.Key Responsibilities:- Precast concrete component production, including moulding, casting, and finishing.- Assembly of precast concrete elements according to specifications.- Performing quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.- Operating and maintaining precast concrete production equipment and tools.- Assisting with site preparations, including formwork installation, and reinforcement placement.- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.- Maintain a general tidy and clean up of moulds and work placeRequirements of role:- Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing, installation, or related field.- Counter Balance forklift operation - in yard or warehouse.- Receiving and Dispatching of goods as well as required paper work.- Strong knowledge of precast concrete production and materials.- Familiarity with operating and maintaining precast concrete production equipment.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.- Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.- Strong teamwork and communication skills.- Commitment to workplace safety protocols.If you are dedicated with a passion for precast concrete and are looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, we would love to hear from you.
