Form of workWe are currently searching for enthusiastic workers to join this dynamic team as either skilled and motivated Precast Concreting labourer, general labourer or forklift operators. As a labourer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the production of precast concrete components. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail, technical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Precast concrete component production, including moulding, casting, and finishing.
- Assembly of precast concrete elements according to specifications.
- Performing quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Operating and maintaining precast concrete production equipment and tools.
- Assisting with site preparations, including formwork installation, and reinforcement placement.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain a general tidy and clean up of moulds and work place
Requirements of role:
- Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing, installation, or related field.
- Counter Balance forklift operation - in yard or warehouse.
- Receiving and Dispatching of goods as well as required paper work.
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete production and materials.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining precast concrete production equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols.
