We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Pre-Delivery Parts Manager. As a centralised pre-delivery facility, Motorama Group pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated parts and warehousing team and play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our pre-delivery service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading pre-delivery part inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimising wait times
  • Working closely with dealerships to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and delivery of parts in an efficient and timely manner
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with third party suppliers 
  • Organise, direct and control the activities of the Parts team ensuring optimum use of all material and personnel resources. 

To work with us, we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with Toyota Tune, Pentana, ERA DBS experience an advantage
  • Open (manual) driver's license, with a forklift license an advantage but not essential
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a flexible approach & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A “customer first” approach, where you consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude
  • Great time management and attention to detail
