The role:

You will be responsible for the completing of tasks relevant to the pre-delivery of a home ensuring presentation for practical completion and handover.

Responsibilities:

Carryout common tasks which may include, minor flushing, painting, fitting door stops/seals, adjustment of doors, silicone work etc.

To be successful you will bring:

• Contractors license, white card and public liability insurance
• Must have your own tools and trade vehicle are essential
• Proven time management
• Attention to detail
• Making conscious decisions
• Reliable
• Excellent communication skills
