Vanswest is the largest import car dealership in Australia. We have a 30+ cars double story showroom and currently stock 100 plus vehicles at our 5,000 square meters full-service dealership located just 10-minute drive from Perth CBD, Western Australia. Position Overview: As an Admin & Receptionist at Vanswest, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our dealership. You will handle various administrative tasks while delivering outstanding service to our clients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and general information about our dealership and inventory.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and paperwork processing.
• Support the sales and service departments with various administrative duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Passion for cars and a genuine interest in helping customers 
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
