The role
As our next Pre-School Field Officer, you'll be providing support and resources to Early Childhood Educators in Pre-schools and Kindergartens throughout the region.
This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the outcomes of children with additional needs by providing the expertise, practical advice and appropriate referrals to ensure an inclusive high-quality kindergarten program for all eligible children.

Your Experience
To be eligible for this role, a tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is required. Qualifications in Special Education would be an advantage.
Your knowledge of child development from 0-6 years of age, including experience with children who have additional needs, and a comprehensive understanding of early childhood principles will be invaluable in this role.
Your hands-on experience involving the successful implementation of inclusive practices, collaboration with special education professionals and fostering an environment that promotes the well-being and development of every child will be essential assets.
