Reporting to the Pre-site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Administration work for the Pre-Site Operations Department;
- Delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining customer relationships;
- Exceed customer expectations by responding to and following up on customer enquiries within nominated timeframes;
- Assist with all Customer Support related tasks;
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships; and
- Projects as nominated by the Team Leader/Operations Manager.

- A passion for Great Customer Service;
- Some experience in the residential building industry would be an advantage;
- 12 months’ experience within a Customer Service or Administration role;
- A positive attitude and team player disposition;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and
- Experience using database systems would be an advantage.
