Precast Labourer/Reo Welder

Our client is a leading supplier of aggregates, concrete, and concrete pipe products. They will be producing precast elements for a large infrastructure project in their concrete precast yard.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of concrete precast elements.
• Manual lifting and carrying of heavy materials.
• Operating machinery under supervision.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
• Rio Welding (Training provided if not experienced)

About the role:

• Day shift only
• Pay rate is $35/hour + penalties (Occasional overtime)
• The client is willing to train and upskill suitable people
• Heavy manual concrete precasting
• Temp - perm opportunity

About you:

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour (No formal qualification required)
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety procedures.
• Ideally you will have some construction or hand tool experience
• Ideally have good mechanical skills
• C Class Drivers licence and reliable transport preferred
• Be able to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol
• Have full working rights in Australia
