SalaryAre you a hardworking individual looking for a physically demanding yet rewarding role? Randstad is seeking Labourers at a Concrete Precast Yard in Echuca. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are ready to tackle heavy work in a dynamic environment.
Our client is a leading supplier of aggregates, concrete, and concrete pipe products. They will be responsible for a large upgrade in their concrete pre cast yard.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of concrete precast elements.
- Manual lifting and carrying of heavy materials.
- Operating machinery under supervision.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Rio Welding (Training provided if not experienced)
About the role:
- Day shift only
- Pay rate is $35/hour + penalties (Occasional overtime)
- The client is willing to train and upskill suitable people
- Heavy manual concrete precasting
About you:
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting. (No formal qualification required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety procedures.
- Ideally you will have some sort of construction and hand tool experience
- Ideally have good mechanical skills
- C Class Drivers licence and reliable transport preferred
- Be able to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Be a current resident of the Echuca area
