About the Venue
Pimpama Sports Hub is a major, multi-use sporting venue featuring an aquatic centre with five pools, creche, 12 netball courts, eight tennis courts, a health and fitness centre and a community centre all set on 14 hectares of parkland.
Attracting over 650,000 visits annually, the team at Pimpama Sports Hub are looking for Customer Service Officers to help enhance the Gold Coast way of life!
About your new role
As the first point of contact for our members and guests, our highly motivated and customer focused Customer Service team at Pimpama Sports Hub must be the welcoming face to our northern Gold Coast community.
You should have proven experience in providing the highest level of Customer Service and value every member and guest as unique. You should pride yourself on your high level of interpersonal and communication skills and have a track record of working collaboratively within a team.
You will be a critical part of our service delivery, driving business objectives and growth while providing the community with health and wellbeing services in a dynamic and exciting environment.
We have a number of full-time and part-time positions available across the aquatic precinct’s operating hours, including weekends, early mornings and evenings.

- Queensland Working with Children Blue Card (or are willing to obtain one prior to commencing if successful – please note under new laws, no card no start)
