Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. This position reports to the Vulnerable Families Coordinator for WSLHD. In consultation with the Vulnerable Families Coordinator, the Pregnancy Family Meeting Coordinator is responsible for management of the Pregnancy Family Meeting (PFM) program including:
- Coordination, allocation and oversight of PFMs in WSLHD
- Development and maintenance of a group of appropriately skilled facilitators including selection and training of new facilitators
- Operational management of specific PFM Facilitator positions
- Facilitation of PFMs as required
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the internal and interagency partnerships to support and further develop the PFM program in WSLHD
Contribute to the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the PFM program in WSLHD and across NSW
