- High volume stock management
- Responsible for store P&L, stocktake, and adhering to shrinkage targets
- Complete season changeovers and visual merchandising to high standard and company directives
- A passion for people and team development and training
- Experience in high volume or luxury leadership roles advantageous
- A drive to succeed and desire to progress
- 2 years as an experience Store Manager
