About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be overseeing a team including a team Supervisor at this destination Pacific Fair store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales and ensuring a memorable customer shopping experience. This store is high volume and fast-paced, so strong time management and back-of-house management are essential. With succession planning and development on offer for the right candidate, this is a role suited to an experienced Store Manager, looking to take the next step in their career.
Skills & Experience
* Drive a customer-focused team, to success with development and succession planning
* High volume stock management
* Responsible for store P&L, stocktake, and adhering to shrinkage targets
* Complete season changeovers and visual merchandising to high standard and company directives
* A passion for people and team development and training
* Experience in high volume or luxury leadership roles advantageous
* A drive to succeed and desire to progress
* 2 years as an experience Store Manager
