Premium F&B Manager - Canberra

Premium F&B manager to oversee a small team, Canberra city based, excellent roster & work life balance - salary starting from $60k + super! My client is an well known Australian entertainment group looking to find a dynamic and engaging Premium Manager for their ACT venue. You will be reporting to the General Manager and lead a small team in a premium service environment.
The role:

• Day to day operations, managing up to 5 staff on shift
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Work with budgets and KPI's
• Train , develop and lead the team to achieve their best
• Develop promotional & marketing material
• Assist the General Manager in making food & drink menu changes

About you:

• Experience leading teams as a supervisor or Assistant Manager
• Enjoy providing excellent customer service
• Able to multitask & work at a fast pace
• A positive & highly self motivated individual
• Want to grow and develop your skills in f&b management
