Premium F&B manager to oversee a small team, Canberra city based, excellent roster & work life balance - salary starting from $60k + super! My client is an well known Australian entertainment group looking to find a dynamic and engaging Premium Manager for their ACT venue. You will be reporting to the General Manager and lead a small team in a premium service environment.
The role:
- Day to day operations, managing up to 5 staff on shift
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work with budgets and KPI's
- Train , develop and lead the team to achieve their best
- Develop promotional & marketing material
- Assist the General Manager in making food & drink menu changes
- Experience leading teams as a supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Enjoy providing excellent customer service
- Able to multitask & work at a fast pace
- A positive & highly self motivated individual
- Want to grow and develop your skills in f&b management
- Salary starting from $60k + super (based on experience)
